Do I have to prepay or be there?
Nope! We always bill you after your service is complete so our crew can stick to their busy route schedule.

What if the water levels drop & my equipment requires adjusting?
When you are on our install/removal list you automatically get a discounted mid-season adjustment so you can get back on the water!

What if I'm not happy with my service?
We strive to exceed your expectations with every service we provide. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our dock installation or removal, please let us know. We value your feedback and are committed to building long-term relationships with our customers based on trust and satisfaction.

How early/late in the season will I get service?
We do our best to provide flexible scheduling to meet your needs. Our crews are in the water as soon as the ice comes off in the spring, and we offer an "on call" late removal option for an additional fee in the fall.

What's the average cost of a dock & lift install/removal service?
Our pricing is determined using standardized methods and includes a minimum service charge. The average cost for our customers' installation or removal falls around $400. Please note that actual costs may vary depending on factors such as dock size, lift type, and location."
